This machine is specially designed for magnetic core coils but can also disable the core mechanism to wind ordinary coils. The magnetic core feeding system, combined with custom core molds and a flexible programming system, can adapt to various product specifications. The vibratory bowl features a sorting function to ensure smooth and fast core feeding. Custom core molds minimize core damage and accommodate various core types.
The machine body is made of high-strength cast iron for rigidity and stability. The control system features a touchscreen interface for easy operation. The mechanical structure is rationally designed with specially treated materials. Motion components use imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws, while rotating parts employ imported bearings, ensuring high efficiency and precision.
