This machine is a dedicated model for hollow voice coils. Based on the standard 6-axis voice coil winding machine, an additional motor-controlled axis has been integrated to enable automatic width calculation. Each workstation can independently adjust winding width and perform compression correction on formed voice coils.
The machine is capable of winding both heat-resistant and alcohol-soluble enameled wires, and can also manually wind standard frame voice coils. Featuring a user-friendly touchscreen control interface, the system ensures easy operation. The mechanical structure is rationally designed using specially processed materials.
Motion components utilize imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws, while rotating parts employ imported bearings. The main shaft adopts fly-fork winding with six-station rotary wire cutting and ejection mechanisms, guaranteeing high efficiency and precision in production.
