Fly Fork Type 6-Axis Standard Voice Coil Winding Machine

This machine is a dedicated model for hollow voice coils. Based on the standard 6-axis voice coil winding machine, it adds an additional motor-controlled axis that can automatically calculate winding width. Each station can independently adjust the width and perform compression correction on formed voice coils. It can wind both hot-air and alcohol-soluble enameled wires, and can also manually wind standard frame voice coils.

The control system features a touchscreen interface for easy operation. The mechanical structure is rationally designed with specially treated materials. The motion system uses imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws, while the rotating parts employ imported bearings. The main shaft adopts fly-fork winding with six-station rotary wire cutting and ejection, ensuring high efficiency and precision.
